Rangers Forcing 7

5/11/2015

The Washington Capitals had a 3-2 lead over the New York Rangers in the Stanley Cup Playoffs Semi-Finals. That would mean that the Capitals would have an advantage, right? That was not what happened. The Rangers took a 2-0 lead after the first period, including a goal with 0.3 seconds. Both goals were by Chris Krieder. Then, the Rangers get pushed over a little for room for a Capitals goal. In the third, 4-3, and  Alexander Ovechkin had a great shot that looked like it had a clear goal but Henrik Lundquvist didn't allow it as he made a great save. That would be it and the Rangers will challenge the Capitals on Wednesday in Game 7.
